The house is zoned horizontally as a response to the needs of the family.

Entry garage, study, bedroom are on the top level. Kitchen/dining/living and a separate lounge linked by an outdoor verandah are on the middle level.

Children's bedrooms, bathrooms and TV room are on the bottom level.
