A 49-year-old man is to face multiple charges after three people were killed and four were injured in a crash in Dargaville two months ago.
The Northland man has been summonsed to appear in Dargaville District Court on September 1 to face eight charges over the June 6 triple fatality.
Three people were killed in the car crash as they travelled east along Baylys Coast Rd, and four were injured.
Police said the man, who was the driver of the car, would face seven charges of driving under the influence of alcohol causing death or injury and one charge of failing to remain at an accident.
