KEY POINTS:
The Auckland heiress on serious drug charges was too sick to appear in court this morning.
Keita Nobilo is accused of possessing methamphetamine for supply and possession of cannabis.
She was due to make another appearance at the Waitakere District Court but her lawyer Mark Ryan said she is unwell and produced a medical certificate to excuse her.
Her grandfather, founder of Nobilo Wines Nick Nobilo, died last week.
Mr Ryan initially applied for name suppression for Nobilo, with one reason being the publicity would affect her health.
Her name suppression lapsed just over two weeks ago.
