Well-known Waikato horse breeder Gregory Meads, who is charged with murdering his wife, was further remanded in custody without plea after a brief appearance in Hamilton District Court today.
Mother of three Helen Meads, 42, was found dead at the couple's property at Matamata on September 23.
Meads, 54, will be back in court on December 2 for a pre-committal hearing at which time a plea is likely to be entered.
His lawyer Murray McKechnie told the court time was needed for a disclosure process to be completed.
