A mouth-watering $27m will be up for grabs on Wednesday after Lotto Powerball went unstruck tonight.
Thousands of tickets were purchased for Saturday's draw, with punters trying to secure a share of the $25m up for grabs.
Powerball has now jackpotted to $27m for Wednesday night's draw - the largest Powerball jackpot since September 2013, when an Auckland man won $33m with Powerball First Division.
While Powerball wasn't claimed, four Lotto players from Kawakawa, Auckland, Christchurch and Rolleston each won $250,000 after striking luck with First Division.
The winning tickets were sold at Hammer Hardware Kawakawa in Kawakawa, Glen Innes Dairy and Lotto in Auckland, Cosy Nook Dairy in Christchurch and Rolleston New World in Rolleston.
