Police say there has been little information to date to help them find a missing 18-year-old woman with the intellectual age of a seven-year-old.
Shoshone Anne-Marie Love, who has special needs, moved to Avondale from Christchurch with her caregiver last Thursday.
But she left the house she was staying in in the early hours of Friday, with no personal possessions, no money and no means of contacting family or friends. She was bare-footed when she left.
Constable Julia Bixley of Avondale police said there had been no firm leads which would help find Ms Love.
"We have had a few calls, but nothing that would lead us to her," Ms Bixley told NZPA today.
She said it was difficult to say if Ms Love was still in Auckland, and concern grew the longer she remained missing.
Ms Love was described as Maori, 1.50cm tall, of solid build and having brown medium-length hair with a blonde fringe.
She was in apparent good physical health.
When last seen, she was wearing grey checked pants, a white singlet and a grey zipped hoodie with a red pattern on the back and a front panel.
People with information of her whereabouts were asked to contact Avondale police.
