The driver whose truck was involved in a fatal accident that killed a 7-year-old girl in Inglewood last month has been cleared of any criminal charges.
Emma Warren was riding her bike home from school on September 27 when the accident happened.
A Serious Crash Unit investigation has been completed and police have determined no criminal charges will be laid in relation to the crash.
"The investigation has found no culpability on the driver or the company that owned the heavy motor vehicle involved in the collision," police said in a statement.
"Police offer their sympathies to the friends and family of Emma. Her death will now be referred to the coroner."
