There were no buyers last night for the former home of Keith Lapham, the Green Acres franchise master who allegedly sold bogus ironing franchises to 200 immigrants.
The auction at LJ Hooker's Ponsonby office attracted only one bidder and the 1920s bungalow at 16 Ennismore Rd in Mt Albert was passed in at $560,000.
