Wiremu (19) and Michael Curtis (22) between 20/7/07 and 3/8/07 murdered Nia Glassie.

COUNT TWO
Oriwa Kemp (18) and Micheal Pearson (20) between 21/5/07 and 3/8/07 were a party to unlawful acts from the above two, thereby committed manslaughter.

Lisa Kuka (35) between 20/7/07 and 3/8/07 failed without lawful excuse to provide necessaries namely medical treatment - thereby caused her death.

Lisa Kuka (35) between 21/5/07 and 3/8/07 being the parent failed to protect her from violence and thereby caused her death.
