Michael Pearson, one of those jailed for abusing Rotorua toddler Nia Glassie, has had community work to which he was sentenced on unrelated liquor, drug and car conversion charges cancelled.
The rest of the sentence of nine months' supervision is to be served. Pearson was released last year, and his parole conditions ended in January this year.
