Police have released the name of a man who died in a crash on Wikaraka St in Ngongotahā on Saturday.
He was Jarvin Ritai, 28, of Ngongotaha.
Police said they extended their sympathies to his family and friends.
The crash happened just before 11.30am after reports the sole motorcycle rider collided with a power pole.
No other vehicles were involved.
