Next top retreat sale?

An exclusive island retreat that featured in the final of America's Next Top Model is for sale.

Hurakia Lodge, on Rakino Island in the Hauraki Gulf, hosted about 95 cast and crew members from the reality show, including supermodel host Tyra Banks, in December.

The lodge, which has an official valuation of $3.3 million, is usually reserved for celebrity and special guests. It is accessible only by boat from Auckland or helicopter.

Browns Sothebys International Realty in Auckland's Herne Bay is overseeing the sale.
