KEY POINTS:
A teenage motorcyclist has been grounded by police who clocked him travelling at 154km/h a month after receiving his licence.
The 15-year-old was caught on a 100km/h stretch of State Highway 16 near Wellsford on Sunday. His restricted licence was suspended for 28 days and he will be summoned to appear in court.
Police said his actions were "blatantly irresponsible".
