CHRIS Kentsley is sales manager and Peter Reynolds the manager of the new mortgage broking firm, Real Estate Finance Ltd, which they have formed. Mr Kentsley's background is mortgage broking, and he has also worked in sales and sales management in advertising and freight. Mr Reynolds has had a career in property valuation and building. The company is forming relationships with real estate agencies and has already reached an agreement with Olsen Everson.
SHANE Walsh is the new North Island manager for Sanford Ltd. He has been in the food industry for more than 20 years and was with Anchor Products in New Zealand before working for International Nutrition Company in Shanghai and Singapore. He will develop the various business units of Sanford North Island.
JEAN Hooper and Valerie Webster have sold their recruitment company, Personnel Professionals Ltd, to Westaff NZ Ltd and now manage the firm's Auckland city branch. Westaff is a multi-national recruitment company with more than 400 offices worldwide.
STEPHEN Colligan has joined Auckland-based Peace Software Ltd as human resources manager. His HR experience was most recently in Britain.
MARK Burn is the new chief executive of motor vehicle finance company, Senate Holdings Ltd, which is part of the Dorchester Pacific group. Mr Burn has had 25 years in the finance industry and was Senate's general manager sales.
KRIS Kincaid has become national sales manager for New Zealand for Hypertec, based in Wellington. He was country manager for Dow Jones Telerate New Zealand.
MARAC Finance Ltd has appointed two Auckland financial services managers. Steve Orbell has had 15 years in the finance industry with AGC Commercial and the WestpacTrust Group, while Jeff Greaves held senior positions with Mercedes Finance in South Africa before moving to New Zealand.
