Police have released new images of a knife-wielding man who threatened a lone female assistant in a Hamilton sex shop last month.
The masked man entered Peaches and Cream adult store on Victoria St about 7.55pm on Sunday, March 27.
He demanded money, but left empty handed when the terrified assistant refused his demands, Peaches and Cream manager Graeme Anderson said.
Police hoped the new images would jog people's memories and lead to the offender's arrest.
The man was about 1.63m tall, of medium build, wearing a black woollen hat or beanie down to below chin level with eye and mouth slits.
He had a dark crew neck T-shirt, black trousers and dark shoes that had white markings and soles.
His T-shirt or woollen hat had an unknown red emblem on the front and his trousers may have been boot-cut jeans. He was also wearing long brown woollen gloves that went up past his forearms.
