Prime Minister elect John Key will announce the formation of a National-led government at a series of press conferences with ACT, United Future and the Maori Party today.
Details of the agreements National has forged with the three smaller parties are expected to be revealed at the three press conferences.
The agreements will potentially give the National-led government a majority 70 votes in the 122 seat parliament.
United Future leader, and the party's sole MP, Peter Dunne concluded negotiations with last week and agreed to a deal.
The Maori Party and ACT deals have been worked on over the last two days as discussions over policy dragged on.
All three minor parties are likely to be given ministerial positions outside of Cabinet.
