National has elected Chris Tremain as senior whip and Jo Goodhew as junior whip.
The elections follow the appointment of former senior whip Nathan Guy as Internal Affairs Minister to replace Richard Worth, who resigned from Parliament last week.
Prime Minister John Key said the two whips had the right skills to manage National's 58 MPs.
Mr Tremain was previously junior whip.
Ms Goodhew was elected to Parliament in 2005 as the MP for Aoraki.
