The man accused of murdering young Napier mother Victoria Foster has appeared again in court.
Chazz Hayden Hall, 28, who faces five charges relating to the death of Ms Foster and the police chase that followed last year, appeared at High Court in Napier today wearing jandals, jeans and a black coloured T-shirt.
Appearing before Justice Simon France via audio-visual link, Hall was remanded in custody for a case review hearing.
He was arrested in Clive on October 26 after allegedly firing at police. Miss Foster, 24, was found dead in her home just two hours earlier. The two were formerly in a relationship.
She left behind a 5-year-old daughter.
Police pursued Hall around the district which ended in him being shot. He spent several days in police and Corrections Department custody at Hawke's Bay Hospital.
