Napier gunman's partner further remanded

The partner of Napier gunman Jan Molenaar was further remanded after a brief appearance in Napier District Court today on cannabis charges.

Delwyn Ismalia Keefe, now 44, is accused of selling and possessing cannabis for supply.

She entered no plea and was remanded for a pre-depositions hearing on July 1.

Keefe was arrested on the day that Molenaar shot dead Police Senior Constable Len Snee and wounded two other officers and a neighbour during a drugs search at his home in Chaucer Road, Napier.

He later died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
