Name suppression remains for teacher facing sex charges

An Auckland teacher accused of sexually assaulting students has had name suppression continued after a brief appearance in court today.

The 29-year-old North Shore teacher faces 12 counts of indecent assault and two of rape.

He has been bailed to reappear in the North Shore District Court in a month, when the issue of name suppression will be heard.
