This man was the last person to see Brian Culpan alive. Neighbours heard both men arguing but no one saw how Mr Culpan fatally broke his neck in the garden of his daughter's home.
We can't tell you who he is but he refused to tell police what happened. He was charged with assault but the prosecution was dropped because of a lack of evidence.
Now the case has been referred to the coroner to hold an inquest, where Mr Culpan's family hope the answers can be found.
