A stolen camera with holiday photos of a young woman drinking from a coconut should be reunited with its owner after the woman was recognised on the New Zealand Herald website.
The photo was posted on the Herald website this afternoon along with a plea from police for anyone who knew who the owner of the camera could be.
The picture showed a smiling young blonde woman posing with a drink made from a coconut, with two straws sticking out.
Very quickly, from a rapid reader response, the young woman was recognised as Holly Yardley.
Ms Yardley said the camera belonged to her friend who did not realise it was missing until today.
