The death of a Russian man in a Christchurch park yesterday morning has been referred to the Coroner.
Detective Senior Sergeant Jason Stewart said Police are not treating the death as suspicious.
"There are no suspicious circumstances, and the death of the 38-year-old
Russian man, has been referred to the Coroner.
"Police have completed the examination of the scene where a man's body was
found in Edmonds Park in Christchurch yesterday morning," Stewart said.
Yesterday, the death was considered to be a homicide investigation, before police treated it as "unexplained".
