Dumped in a clothing bin at just six-weeks-old, Skip was left to die.
Luckily, his cries from inside the bin were heard from those outside and he was found amongst the clothes.
Seriously skinny, dehydrated and had red-raw skin from mange when he made it to the SPCA.
Battling every step of the way Skip had to spend time at a foster home to rekindle his confidence in people and gain strength.
"He was so anxious and frightened that even something as simple as foosteps would send him running into another room," a SPCA spokesperson said.
