The five accused of offences that led to the fatal bashing of Featherston man Glen Jones in January have again been remanded for a plea evaluation conference to be held in the Masterton District Court on May 27.
Matthew John McKinney, 28, Hayden Ranson, 27 and Kristofer Lee Jones, 23, are facing murder charges and were in court yesterday and the attendance of Tariana Jones, also charged with Mr Jones' murder, was excused.
Tariana Jones is on bail whereas the three others are being held in custody.
A fifth person, Toni Miller, 22, who has been charged with aggravated robbery, will appear alongside the others for a plea evaluation. She is also on bail.
Judge Bill Hastings agreed to the curfew imposed on Miller being lifted for May 6 and 7 to allow her to take a child to Starship Hospital in Auckland.
