KEY POINTS:
A woman accused of murdering her ex-husband had complained to police that he had sexually abused their baby the day before she allegedly killed him.
That was part of the Crown evidence that emerged at a depositions hearing in New Plymouth District Court yesterday.
Cindy Marcia Fairburn, 37, is alleged to have driven with Darin Paul Maxwell, 42, clinging to the bonnet of her car on August 6 last year.
The Crown says she drove into the path of an oncoming car to kill her ex-partner.
Witness Zara Murphy said Fairburn turned up at her home on August 6 talking about getting revenge.
The hearing continues today.
