MPs discuss drinking age

MPs are expected today to agree to the public getting its say on whether the drinking age should be raised from 18 to 20.

Progressive MP Matt Robson last night predicted that up to 65 of Parliament's 120 MPs would back his private member's bill being sent to a select committee to hear publicsubmissions.
