Ride-on lawnmowers and weedwhackers are the writing tools of choice for Emirates Team New Zealand fans keen to see Kiwis bring home the America's Cup trophy.
Giant "Go ETNZ" messages have been appearing on lawns and fields around Auckland.
It started with Matakana Botanicals, which supplies the America's Cup crew with sunscreen and lip balm.
Manager Danvers Devereux challenged his neighbours to "mow a message" for the team.
And they took up the call, jumping on their lawnmowers to write good wishes that are visible from high in the sky.
A video of the messages was posted on Facebook, just after theshocking pitchpole capsize on June 7, with Team New Zealand's catamaran flipped before crossing the starting line.
