Clear has made two new appointments, making John Hart, formerly of Telecom, e-business solutions manager. Paul Paltridge is Clear's new international business manager for its carrier wholesale team. He previously managed Clear's Telecom's finance team.

Health and sport nutritionist Jeni Pearce is teaming up with the Millennium Institute of Sport & Health as head nutritionist. Pearce joins the health services team of David Abercrombie, Dr John Mayhew, and Dr Lynne Coleman.

Three new directors have joined La Grouw Corporation, the Rotorua-based owner of Lockwood Homes - John Maasland, who is also the chairman of Herald publisher Wilson and Horton Holdings; former CEO of Fletcher Challenge Canada Ian Donald; and accountancy firm managing partner Gary Hitchcock, all of Auckland.
