Singapore Airlines has appointed Alan Lim as general manager New Zealand. His last posting was in Shanghai where he spent almost five years as manager of Eastern China for the airline. He replaces Sak-Hin Chin who returns Singapore to take up another position within the company.

Maunsell NZ has appointed Choo Min Leong as Auckland buildings group manager. Choo is a chartered electrical engineer. The firm has also appointed Keith Gilby as manager distribution services, power, for their transmission and distribution business.

Symantec has appointed Ferdinand Gomes as pre-sales system engineer in Wellington. He was previously a security solutions specialist for Symantec in India.
