Infrastructure maintenance company Transfield Services (NZ) Ltd has appointed Mike Manion as executive manager of development for roads, based at the company's Hamilton office. Before his appointment, Manion was the company's senior roading contract manager. This position has been filled by Gary Cowley.

Marketing company Touchpoint has appointed Peter Hunter as account director. He was formerly marketing services manager at OA Systems.

Lisa Sargison has joined Crockers Property Management as property manager. She arrives from First National.

Public Trust has appointed Gary Delbridge as chief financial officer. A Victoria University BCA graduate, Delbridge has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1981 and worked at South Pacific Merchant Finance, the National Bank of New Zealand and the ANZ. Most recently he has been working on the acquisition of the National Bank and its merger with the ANZ.

AIM Proximity has appointed Richard Fraser as planning director in Wellington. Fraser is a graduate from the University of Otago, with a Masters Degree in Commerce.

Matthew Mates has joined Opus International Consultants in Auckland as principal environmental engineer.
