Sales and marketing recruitment specialist Gaulter Russell has appointed Ken Webb general manager. He was most recently general manager at outdoor and adventure apparel company Arthur Ellis, where over the past six years he held various sales and management positions.

Bio-Strategy Group has appointed Bruce McKinnon as chairman. He has 15 years' experience in the chemicals industry with Rhone Poulenc, working in New Zealand, England, Australia and France.

St Cuthbert's College has appointed Rozanne Donald as director of information and communication technologies. She joins the college after three and a-half years as second-in-charge of the School of Communication Studies at Auckland University of Technology and a lecturer in Multimedia Studies.

Jenny Gill has been appointed chief executive of ASB Trusts. Gill had been executive director of Fulbright New Zealand for 10 years.

DNA Design has made four appointments. Senior designer Stephen Maskell returns from working in Norway and Britain. Lina Montero Soto joins the firm as account director as does Fiona Peacocke who returns from three years in Britain as a senior brand experience manager with Coca-Cola. Senior account manager Chet Patel joins the firm from The Aucklander newspaper.

North American-based Interface Financial Group has appointed Chris Reid as director of its New Zealand operation. Reid is a former CEO of Skyline Enterprises.
