Navman NZ has restructured its marine group, appointing Marc Michel as executive vice-president. He was formerly the company's international marine sales and marketing manager and had also worked for the company during its early Australian expansion.
Shane McMahon has been appointed business development manager, a new role within Navman's marine group. McMahon has a background in IT and will have account management responsibility for Navman's existing clients.
Mark Bowman joins Navman NZ Ltd as executive vice-president of the company's OEM division, based in Christchurch. Bowman was formerly a general manager for HP.
Trevor Gill has been appointed CEO of Motorcycling New Zealand. Gill has spent many years in sports management.
He joined the Hillary Commission in the late 1980s and was involved in much of the early development of KiwiSport. Later he joined the Counties Manukau Sports Foundation, becoming executive director in 1993.
Goodman Fielder New Zealand has made new marketing appointments: Michelle Duffy and Malcolm Everts have both been appointed senior brand manager snacks to manage the Salty Snacks portfolio. Duffy was formerly product manager on the wrapped snacks portfolio and Everts was product manager cereal snacks.
Adriaan de Lange joins Goodman Fielder after spending 10 years with the South African Breweries in South Africa.
