Robert Plummer has been appointed to the new role of general manager distribution and industrial for Alstom in New Zealand. Plummer was previously general manager for Energex.

Andrew Button and Darren White have been appointed to partnership at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Button is a tax partner in Deloitte's Christchurch office and White a tax partner in Auckland.

Organisational psychologist Neisha Voot has joined Grafton Group Consulting as a principal consultant. She was last with TMP Hudson Human Resource Consulting.

Kelly Hawkins joins Professional Public Relations as an account manager after previously working as a communications adviser for the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

Francis Stevens, who was last an instructor in business communication management in China, joins as account manager.

Michael Burgess joins as a consultant after completing a bachelor of communications and a graduate diploma in public relations.
