Dean Brettschneider has taken the position of director of baking at Patisserie Organic, a London-based company owned by New Zealander David Gaze.

He will be leaving the post of technical support manager for Goodman Fielder.

After 16 years of building Mt Maunganui-based Agri-feeds, Earle Hazelwood is handing over the reins to Malcolm Lyster, the company's sales and marketing manager for the past seven years.

Hazelwood will continue in the role of commercial manager, and Lyster takes over in the newly created role of group manager.

Andrew Hedley is the new winemaker at Marlborough's Framingham Wines.

He came to New Zealand from Britain in January 1998, and was previously assistant winemaker.
