Movers & Shakers

Six senior business consultants have joined solutions company EDS to front its new business consultancy. In Wellington are Andrew Brice, a former staffer of IBM, the Ministry of Social Development and the Commerce Commission; Lloyd Thomas, formerly Unisys' strategic marketing and sales operations manager; Anshu Vats, who has been consulting; and Martin Kwan, formerly of Working Knowledge.

In Auckland are Niels Videbeck, formerly a SAP Canada senior account manager, and Dave Clark, formerly the manager of the EDS Melbourne solutions centre.

John Taylor is the new director of external relations and development at Auckland University. He recently retired as headmaster of King's College, Otahuhu.

Paul Forward has become TQ3 Travel Solutions' Auckland general manager. He was formerly sales and marketing manager for Corporate Traveller New Zealand.

Tim Kernahan has joined Swann International, the executive search arm of The Swann Group, as a partner. He was last with search firm Signium International. Laurie Bunting has been appointed a director of Swann Executive, the executive recruitment arm of the group. He was previously a senior manager in executive leasing with TMP.

Craig Stapleton is the new general manager, Quadrant Pacific Agencies. He was formerly with Tranzrail as general manager sales and marketing.
