Telecommunications Users Association of New Zealand has appointed Dean Kelly as membership manager. He previously spent four years in a role with the Employers and Manufacturers Association (Northern.)

Bluestone Group has appointed Terry Zouch as general manager New Zealand for Bluestone Mortgages. He joins the firm after 29 years with ASB.

Computing infrastructure provider Revera has appointed Peter Innes as business development manager.

Gareth Harbinson has joined Buddle Findlay's Auckland office as a solicitor in the property team.

IT recruitment company Agility Group has appointed Michelle Mackisack as a senior recruitment consultant.

Argent Networks has appointed Cas Skrzypczak to its board. At one time he was a senior vice-president of Cisco Systems. Argent Networks has also appointed Larry Barker as its CEO. The appointment is part of a planned exit strategy designed by Chris Jones and his board. Jones will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Prior to joining Argent, Barker was president, chairman and CEO of US-based Visual Networks.

Phitek Systems has appointed Valdis Dunis as its vice president of sales. Prior to Phitek he held senior management roles with companies such as Texas Instruments, SyChip and Wintech Microelectronics. The firm has also appointed Luc Lussier as its director of engineering - embedded systems. Prior to joining Phitek, Lussier was the founder and CEO of Canadian-based Lumic Electronics.
