John Wilkinson is general manager, food and integrated services, and Guy Herd is general manager, operations, for Taylors Group and Spotless Plastics.
Paul Robinson is now general manager, health services. Gavin Upston is general manager, commercial, and Yvonne Treen has been appointed general manager, support services.
Rabin Rabindran, a senior partner in the law firm Simpson Grierson, has been appointed by the World Bank to help the Sri Lankan Government with its largest project, a multimillion-dollar power plant.
He specialises in major national and international project negotiation and documentation.

Ben Etherington has been appointed a wireless solutions training specialist for ROCOM Wireless in Auckland. His most recent role was with AT&T in Canada.
Catherine Montgomery has become marketing manager of BJ Ball Papers. She was formerly category manager, and has been with the company for five years.
Paul Harris becomes sales manager, Auckland region. He was previously senior account manager and has been with the company for six years.
Sarah Trotman, chief executive of Business in the Community, has been elected to the Small Enterprise Association of Australia and New Zealand. She is a contributing business leader on various initiatives, including Competitive Auckland's Business Hothouse, knowledge wave projects and the Auckland Regional Development Strategy.
James Hill has been appointed a director of listed appearance medicine company CACI Group. He has been managing partner of KPMG in Auckland for eight years.
Peter Radich has been appointed director, business intelligence, for The Simpl Group. He was previously business intelligence practice manager (Asia Pacific) at SGI. Mike Zidich has become account director for The Simpl Group, with responsibility for the Wellington region. He comes from Siemens NZ.
Phil Brimacombe is the new chief information officer for Waitemata District Health Board, in addition to his position as CIO for Counties Manukau DHB.
He is responsible for the convergence of IS strategy, systems, service and structure. He has been CIO for the Manukau board and its hospital provider, South Auckland Health, for two-and-a-half years.
