Bob Jones, Simon Woodall and Keirin Hoad have been appointed associates of Chow Hill Architects.

Stuart Mackie has been appointed senior urban designer in its Auckland office. The company has five directors and some 40 staff with offices in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, and a project office in Christchurch, providing architectural, urban design and interior design services.

Telecommunications solutions provider Alcatel NZ has appointed Sandra Wildman as account executive for the mobile phone division. A business marketing graduate from Griffith University, Sandra joins Alcatel from Cellect where she was telecommunications marketing manager.

Brett Whalley has joined Bayleys' Auckland commercial team. He will be responsible for working with large corporate and multi-national firms, exploring business development opportunities focusing particularly on their corporate leasing requirements.

Philip O'Brien has been named group chief executive officer for Realcold Group, a privately-owned NZ-based group of companies.
