Jason (Jake) Soanes has recently been appointed as Head of Sales for Westpac Institutional Bank's financial markets team. Soanes returns to New Zealand after four years with Lehman Bros. in Tokyo.

Amanda Fernandez has joined Buddle Findlay's Auckland office as a solicitor in the banking team. Prior to joining Buddle Findlay, Fernandez worked at a boutique general practice.

Andy Martin has joined the Auckland office in the corporate services team. Prior to this he worked in commercial management and business development roles.

Benjamin Sutton has joined Buddle Findlay's Auckland office as a solicitor in the corporate services team. He has recently returned from the UK where he worked for London firm Charles Russell LLP.
