Henry Harbuz is one of four new senior shareholders for engineering and planning consultancy Beca Carter Hollings & Ferner. He is general manager of the industrial business line. The other three are Mark Spencer, section head of the Auckland commercial structures section; Ian Frechtling, legal counsel; and Thomas Hyde, who manages the analysis and development team.
Renee von Huben is the new general manager of High Impact Marketing. Christa Parsloe has joined the company as account director.
Peter Ross has joined Sheffield Accord as a search principal. He was previously the partner in charge of consulting for KPMG in Auckland and Hong Kong.
Joan Watson is the new human resources manager for the Saint Kentigern Trust Board, which oversees Saint Kentigern College and Saint Kentigern School. She previously held HR positions at Packaging New Zealand and John Sands (NZ).
Greg Remmington has been promoted to general manager of The Spencer on Byron Hotel. He brings more than 16 years' experience and started with the hotel last year. Terry Holt, with the hotel since 2001, has been promoted from sales manager to sales and marketing manager.
Bruce Lawrence is a new business consultant for IT solutions company Axon. He was last in a similar role with Glaxo Wellcome in Britain.
