Mike Skilling is the new general manager at the helm of the BNZ's business financial services division.

Formerly general manager of BNZ Agribusiness, he replaces Paul Clark.

Mr Clark is returning to Australia to take up the role of general manager of business financial services for BNZ parent National Australia Bank.

Integrated marketing communications company Designforce now boasts a team of 16, boosted by recent senior appointments in Andrew Graham (ex-Jaguar New Zealand), Jaimes Leggett, imported from America, and Melissa Stott from Britain.

Rob Pickstock has been elevated to general manager of the company and Graham McIntyre is focusing on all business development with new and existing blue-chip and FMCG clients.

Trade New Zealand's new senior trade commissioner to the Middle East is Gavin Young, who has been promoted from his position as sector manager for meat, seafood, horticulture and organics.

He left Wellington on Monday for a three-year posting to Dubai.

Two of Clear Communications' most senior sales people, Clive Sergeant and John Boon, have filled key positions in the TelstraSaturn sales and marketing team.

As the northern general manager of sales, Sergeant will have over-arching responsibility for our sales strategy in the consumer and general business markets and will be based in Auckland.

Boon, as the southern general manager of sales, will be responsible for corporate and government markets and will be based in Wellington.
