Yellow Pages Group has appointed Rob Kitson as its new sales director. He was previously general manager of sales at Vodafone and prior to that had 15 years experience in the FMCG sector including working as sales director for Cadbury Confectionery Ltd.
Gaulter Russell has expanded its specialised sales and marketing contracting team with the addition of Megan Baker-Smith as a consultant. Megan has a broad marketing and contracting background in the service industry.
Philips New Zealand has appointed Paul Couper as general manager for its medical business. Couper was previously the business manager for ATL Ultrasound, which was acquired by Philips Medical Systems in 1998, where he worked until 2002. Mr Couper is now returning to Philips to lead the medical business, following five years starting and running a successful motorcycle dealership in Auckland.
Irene Direnko has been appointed to the role of sales representative for Flow Software. Direnko graduated with a BSc in Computer Science before undertaking sales and sales management roles for a web development company and more recently for Celenia Software. She will be marketing Flows EDI and software integration solutions based in their Auckland office.
Phil Barlow has joined innovative Auckland CA firm Hayes Knight as a tax director, and will head up the Hayes Knight Tax Consulting Division. Phil has over 15 years experience as a taxation consultant with a background in tax risk management, property, tax structuring and due diligence, and was formerly an associate tax director with Ernst & Young.
