Andrew Petersen has become Bell Gully's newest partner. He is a commercial property lawyer. He joined Bell Gully four years ago after spending more than two years in London with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Sally Whincop, also a commercial property specialist, has been appointed as a senior associate in the Auckland office. With a broad range of property transaction and leasing experience, she returns to Bell Gully after three years, including a stint in Britain.
David Blacktop has been promoted to senior associate in the firm's Wellington office.
Kate Theilman rejoins Bell Gully's corporate practice as a senior associate in Auckland, focusing on capital markets and M&A transactions. She has just spent five years working in London as an acquisition finance lawyer for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and for a client global investment bank in Amsterdam.

He has been involved with ERP solutions internationally and locally for more than nine years, most recently selling the Exonet and SAP Business One financial and business management solutions for small and mid-sized businesses for Enprise Solutions.
