Engineering and surveying consulting firm, Fraser Thomas Ltd, has appointed Paul Wilson and Tony Smith as directors. Paul was previously general manager of Econ Products, a subsidiary of Hiway Stabilizers. Smith has experience in infrastructure management, roading and land development.
