KEY POINTS:
* Chapman Tripp has promoted Hamish Foote to partner. Foote practices commercial and corporate law, and is based in Christchurch , having recently relocated from the Wellington office where he was based for the past five years.
* Tse Group Ltd has appointed Mark Smith as an associate in their Auckland architecture practice. Mark has a background in projects in educational and government work and a portfolio of retail projects, both CBD and suburban. Tse Group Ltd has also appointed Anner Chong as an associate. Anner comes from a background in architecture in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
* Works Infrastructure has appointed Andrew Titter and Bruce Cullen to the New Zealand Executive team. Titter joins as chief financial officer after previously holding senior leadership roles within Carter Holt Harvey Forests, AFFCO and Goodman Fielder. Cullen joins as general manager - central North Island region. Bruce had extensive commercial and civil engineering management experience both in New Zealand and overseas prior to his appointment.
* Emergent & Co Limited has appointed general manager Elizabeth Amery. Amery will focus on strategy, growth and development.
* Pacific Magazines appointed Melissa Gardi as editor, New Zealand Weddings magazine. Currently the pictures director across all title, Gardi will take up the role after Nicky Pellegrino leaves to write her third novel.
* Bell Gully has appointed two new senior associates. Kristin Carden joins the commercial property team after returning to the firm from New York. Dawn Shacklady has also recently returned to New Zealand and has extensive experience in investment products and commercial transactions in the financial services industry.
