Bank of New Zealand has appointed Ralf Hohwieler as head of private bank. Hohwieler is working in BNZ's corporate and institutional banking operation where he is advising major corporate clients.

The Agriculture Industry Training Organisation has appointed Peter MacGregor as strategy manager. He was formerly regional director for the Ministry of Maori Development, Te Puni Kokiri.

Greta Knight has joined Robert Walters as a consultant within the permanent finance division, having returned from London where she worked as an accountant.

Hosting and Datacentre Services has appointed Dr Rob Martyn as general manager, with overall operational responsibility for the New Zealand business. He was business development manager at the company. Auckland UniServices has appointed Jenny Alford as the general manager of its contract education division. Alford is a senior business manager for the Faculty of Arts within UniServices.

Mercer Investment Consulting has appointed Ursula Maritz as senior investment consultant. She joins Mercer from Cape Town. Trina Lincoln joins Kensington Swan's construction law team as an associate. Associate Joanna Treacy has joined the company's financial services team.
