Leading documents solutions company Konica Minolta, a subsidiary of the Onesource office technology group, has appointed Warwick Beban to the new position of general manager. Beban comes to the role after nine months as Konica Minolta's national manager, strategic accounts and southern region manager.
Former Telecom senior executive Graham Mitchell has been appointed general manager of Cogent, an independent supplier of integrated voice and data telecommunications networks. Prior to his appointment at Cogent, Mitchell was the CEO of a US telecommunications OEM.
Martin Goldfinch, has been appointed country representative, New Zealand, for Australasian private equity firm, Archer Capital. Before joining Archer Capital, Goldfinch was CEO of Cullen Investments where he oversaw the governance, development and sale of a number of significant entities, in the IT, finance and retail industries.

He was previously general Manager of AC Technologies Ltd and has extensive experience in powering up sales and marketing teams within the technology sector and leading companies into offshore expansion. Hamish Murray has been appointed account manager. He has been working as a senior account manager for the last eight years for technology company Connect NZ Ltd focusing in the education and hospitality sectors.
