John Woodward has joined HayGroup as New Zealand manager for Hay Information Services. He has recently been director, finance and administration at Carey Baptist College and director of operations at the Waitakere City Council.

Christian Destrieux is director of sales and marketing for Sheraton Auckland Hotel and Towers. He was last chief operating officer with Pacific International in Sydney.
Joining technology firm Gen-i are Craig Burston, as client manager and Perry Sansom as client marketing manager. Burston was last international sales manager for Advantage Retail Automation. Sansom was marketing manager for esolutions, an alliance between Telecom, Microsoft and EDS.
Andrew Myers has joined BMW Group to take the national sales manager's post. Mat Spencerhas accepted responsibility for marketing communications. Georgina Pellett has become BMW range product manager. All three are internal appointments. Kerry Ives, last with The Body Shop, has taken the role of events co-ordinator.
