KEY POINTS:
* Clint James is the new operations manager farm automation for Hamilton-based farmer cooperative, LIC, where he was formerly procurement manager.
* Southland orthopaedic surgeon Murray Fosbender has been appointed president of the New Zealand Orthopaedic Association. An Otago Medical School graduate, Fosbender trained in Dunedin, Auckland and London.
* Sean Butler has been appointed marketing manager for Liontamer Protected Investments. Butler was previously marketing manager for BT Funds Management.
* The House of Travel Group has appointed Tony Marks as a director on the House of Travel Group board. Most recently Marks was CEO of Pacific Blue and prior to that CEO of Zespri.
* The Gambling Helpline has appointed Pauline Proud as project and business manager. She previously worked for Diabetes UK, the Ministry of Health, the Mental Health Foundation, Alcohol Healthwatch and ASH (Action on Smoking and Health).
